Our production facility in Slavkov pod Hostýnem
Production since 1991. Hotel mattresses, beds, headboards and furniture are made directly in our factory in Slavkov pod Hostýnem. From the preparation of individual components to sewing and upholstery to final assembly, we provide the entire process in one place.
Mattress production
Every mattress is built here from the ground up - from the preparation of individual components through the assembly of the core to the stitching of covers and final closure. We work with spring systems, PUR and HR foams, latex and other materials, which we combine according to the required technical parameters, comfort and durability.
Joinery & Furniture
Our joinery workshop manufactures bed frames including headboards, sofa bed components, bedside tables and custom furniture elements for hospitality. We work with solid wood, laminated boards and other durable materials selected for demanding daily hotel use.
The production process includes edge banding, drilling, milling and final assembly. In-house manufacturing allows us to tailor dimensions, finishes and construction details.
Sewing workshop
The covers are precisely cut, sewn and finished to the required specifications. We use cover fabrics and textiles selected for their durability, hygiene and a long service life. We offer standard and custom solutions. This flexibility allows us to meet the specific requirements of individual hotel projects.
Upholstery workshop
Upholstery is an important part of the production of beds, headboards and other hotel furniture. Individual components are carefully prepared and upholstered according to the technical specifications of each project. A wide range of upholstery materials allows the final design to be tailored to requirements for aesthetics, durability and everyday hotel use.
Warehouse & logistics
Once completed, the products are ready for shipment according to the requirements and schedule of the specific project.Our own warehouse and shipping facilities allow us to coordinate deliveries for hotel projects of all sizes throughout the Czech Republic and on international markets.
